Mark has spent nearly 15 years within Canadian energy, being part of the continuous change in the sector through roles in investment banking and at E&P, gas and oil-focused midstream companies. In his recent roles, Mark has focused on transforming the companies’ communication, positioning and perception within the market as well as using the feedback from these interactions to help drive positive change inside his company. Mark is CFA charterholder and has experience across a wide spectrum of predominantly finance-focused responsibilities including strategic planning, capital markets, ESG and sustainability, investor relations, corporate finance, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
