Vice President, Clean Technology and Innovation

Matt is Vice President, Clean Technology and Innovation, for Exergy Solutions. He works alongside industry and the most promising new clean energy technology companies to develop and deploy the energy solutions of tomorrow more rapidly through the integration of field scale pilot testing, rapid prototyping using leading edge additive manufacturing, lean process engineering and digital solutions. Matt was previously the Director of GHG EPA at COSIA, supporting the oil sands industry alliance members in accelerating the pace of environmental technology innovation through collaboration. Prior to COSIA Matt led the consulting activities of the Pembina Institute. Matt applies his systems and servant leadership approach to help build resilient innovation ecosystems. He is a Clean Resource Innovation Network theme lead, vice chair of ACTia, and chair of the Academy for Sustainable Innovation.
