Renewable Fuels, BioEnergy Advisor, Alberta Environment and Parks
Prashant is the Renewable Fuel, BioEnergy Advisor in Environment and Parks at the Government of Alberta. He leads the administration of the Alberta Renewable Fuels Standard and is the technical lead for the consultation of the Government of Alberta with the federal government on the development of the Clean Fuel Standard. He also works in emission reduction opportunities for natural gas and hydrogen production and carbon capture, utilization and storage. His background includes thermal and solvent-based industrial separation technologies for the production of fuels and the valorization of agricultural and forestry biomass for the production of fuels, chemicals and materials.
