Actively engaged with the EFL for a year, she works towards aligning policy, innovation, and societal needs to create sustainable, inclusive outcomes for equity-deserving groups.
As an Assistant Professor and the founder of Amplify Work, focusing on HR, EDI, and Reconciliation, Gillian is dedicated to shaping a future where energy strategies integrate seamlessly with social equity, effecting meaningful change in organizations and communities.
Holder of an MBA from Queens University and a CPHR designation, Gillian serves on the Board of the Calgary Public Library and Ask Her YYC, balancing a proud role as a mother of two alongside being a supportive spouse of a Calgary firefighter.
