With With over 17 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Karen places relationships at the center of her work and prioritizes inclusivity and decolonization. She is results-driven and has supported organizations in a range of sustainability and wellbeing planning, evaluation, training, and engagement processes. Karen holds a Master’s of Science in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden. When she’s not working, you can find her in the forests of Cumberland with her husband and kids.
