Megan is a born and raised Calgarian and passionate champion for this city. Recognized as part of the 2018 Top 40 Under 40 class, she is proud to be part of the team helping to shape Calgary’s exciting future.

Megan joined Calgary Economic Development in 2007 and during her tenure has held various roles in both marketing and business development; sharing the Calgary opportunity in markets like Colombia, China, the US, the UK and Japan!

In Megan’s diverse portfolio of work, she has supported the expansion and attraction of energy companies in oil and gas, renewable energy and clean tech to high tech companies in robotics, AI, blockchain and fintech. Megan also loves to talk about the leadership role Alberta can play in the energy transition.
