A second year fellow with EFL, Santiago works for Enbridge as a business development manager in the gas transmission and midstream business unit. In his role he manages the portfolio of energy transition business development opportunities in Enbridge’s Western Canada gas business. He is a process engineer and has worked in the energy sector for more than 20 years in a wide range of roles. His career has taken him to work and live in very different cultures. He started his career in Europe; then moved to Asia followed by Africa; to end in Canada which he has made his home for the last decade. Santiago completed a masters in Sustainable Development and has always tried to make sustainability an integral part of his work.
